We will also use your information to enhance the operation of our Website or Services, such as to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, statistically analyze site use, and improve our service offerings. We may also use your information to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our agreements with you, including sales terms and conditions and this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personally identifiable information to others.

We may disclose the Information that we collect or you provide to our subsidiaries and affiliates, including but not limited to dealerships of Newmar products and services, and to contractors, service providers, and other third parties as set forth herein.

We may also disclose personally identifiable information in response to legal process, court order, or government or regulatory request; to enforce other agreements with you, including for billing and collection purposes; and if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our terms of use, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our sites and applicable laws or as otherwise required or permitted by law or consistent with legal requirements.

When you access certain social media features through our site, you will be sharing information with that social media provider. The information you provide to that social media provider will

  • Within the last 12 months, we have collected names, postal addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers from users of the Services. We have also collected internet protocol addresses, and other internet and electronic network activity information, including but not limited to your interaction with the Website or other Services.
  • The Company has not sold any such personal information within the past 12 months. The Company has used such personal information only as set forth herein, including for the business purposes described herein.
