The small town of Nappanee has been home to Newmar since 1968. This is where you’ll find the production facilities where we craft every gas, diesel, and Class C motor coach that bears a Newmar badge. It’s also where our proud men and women who build these coaches come to work every day, many of them longtime members of the Newmar family.
In‑Person Factory Tours
Factory Tours will resume April 1, 2026 and run through October 29, 2026, with the following operating windows:
- April 1 – June 25, 2026
- July 6 – October 29, 2026
- Tours will resume again in April 2027
Tours are offered Monday through Thursday at 8:30 AM (EST).
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time.
Holiday Closures:

Restrictions:
- No open‑toed footwear
- No children under 8 years of age
- Pets are not permitted for safety reasons
- Tours require advance reservation
