Aimbase Overview

Aimbase is a centralized lead management system for Newmar and our dealers. It allows us to track dealer-ready leads from pre-purchase to purchase, and supply our dealer partners with the information they need to make a successful sale.

Aimbase has a long, established history of success in the RV industry. It’s currently the trusted lead management system for Winnebago Industries, each of their business units, and the RV industry at large. This adoption was a natural progression that allows us to provide you with more accurate, more up-to-date information that’s vital in your sales process.

Profile

Aimbase has dozens of features that make it a perfect fit for Newmar as our lead management system. First, it provides a more complete lead profile. We’re able to provide lead information including, but not limited to, the most recent Build a Coach builds, coach brand and model year they currently own, and how they currently utilize their coach.

CRM
Integration

Additionally, Aimbase has over 40 direct CRM integrations and provides access to a lead timeline so you’re able to track when someone became a qualified lead through when they become a customer.

Performance
Reporting

At a higher level, performance reporting includes the number of leads assigned, their response rate, and a lead-to-closed sale rate, so you can track your dealership’s performance.

Access to Aimbase & Initial Login

Only those who had accounts in our previous lead management platform were provided accounts in the new platform. If you have others at your dealership who you would like to have access or should receive leads, contact Shannon Stover ([email protected]) at Newmar.

Once added, you’ll receive an email with your username and a request to set your password. After that step is complete, you’ll be able to navigate to the login page at http://newmar.aimbase.com/Account/Login

How to Use the Lead Details Page

The Lead Details page is where you’ll land when you first log in and where you’ll find the important information about your leads. Aimbase allows you to filter and adjust the Lead Details page to best fit your needs. This video will teach you how to make those adjustments, including how to toggle to view more leads in your grid, setting saved views, and how to identify if there is a success or failure to deliver leads—among more.

How to Use the Dashboard

The Dashboard is your “home page” for operations in Aimbase. The Dashboard can navigate you to any other section of Aimbase, and also displays helpful information at your fingertips, so you don’t have to search for it. For example, you can find unopened leads and your 25 most recent active prospects. Watch the video to learn more.

How to Update Dealer Information

Changes happen. You’re able to update your dealership information in Aimbase when something occurs, and the video here will show you how. Expect to learn how to view your dealership’s details, how to see who from your dealership receives leads, and how to change passwords.
