Available 24/7 and operating out of our Nappanee headquarters, Newmar service specialists provide dealer warranty service authorizations within four business hours, and ship all in-stock parts the same day, free of charge. And if a part is out of stock, they’ll pull it from our production floor or order the part from the appropriate supplier immediately.

As a Newmar owner, you can count on us to deliver to you the highest level of service and support. We offer factory training to each of our Newmar service center partners, and we train our friendly staff personally so that they’re equipped with the tools necessary to make things right, right away.
