The Construction Process

While legendary Amish craftsmanship is at the core of our build process, each and every person inside our factory walls is completely dedicated to assembling a better RV through an attention to detail you’re sure to notice the second you step foot in one of our coaches.

Newmar does not make a mass-produced product. We build every coach by hand in our own facilities. Every chassis is welded, leveled and squared for seamless integration with the rest of the RV structure, for a higher level of strength and integrity. Flooring is laid with precision – tile is bonded with quality adhesives while carpeting is cut back from the walls so moisture cant enter the interior. Every piece of cabinetry is custom built in our facility and hand-sanded to combine beauty with durability. Newmar sidewalls are rigid and dependable and reflect those featured on many residential homes, providing you with superior insulation. Our flat-floor slideouts – an industry first – are incredibly functional. And on the outside, our exclusive Full-Paint Masterpiece finish creates a mesmerizing look you wont see on any other brand of motor coach.
