Employee Spotlight: Join Us in Welcoming Pat Carroll to Newmar’s Product Development Team
Join us in spotlighting Pat Carroll, a seasoned RV industry leader with over four decades of experience, now bringing his passion for innovation and thoughtful design to Newmar.
Throughout his career, Pat has helped shape some of the industry’s most iconic motorhomes, contributing to major product launches and design breakthroughs at brands like Skyline, Holiday Rambler, Monaco, and Jayco. His work has consistently pushed the boundaries of RV design, engineering, and customer experience.
After years of being a competitor, Pat was drawn to Newmar by its unwavering commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and long-term customer satisfaction. He’s long admired Newmar’s customer-focused innovation, but it was the company’s dedication to building lasting relationships with owners that truly set it apart—and ultimately inspired him to join the team.
“I chose Newmar because of its commitment to building the highest-quality luxury coach in the marketplace today. Combining that with the company’s track record of delivering cutting-edge motorhome designs—and the opportunity to collaborate with such a talented group to meet or exceed customer expectations—is incredibly exciting,” Pat shares.
Pat believes the best RVs are created by blending forward-thinking design with a deep understanding of how people live and travel. He’s excited to bring his experience and enthusiasm to Newmar, helping to shape products that continue to exceed customer expectations.
Outside of work, Pat lives in Bristol, Indiana, with his wife, April Klein-Carroll, and their Doberman, Izzy. They enjoy traveling in their motorhome and spending time at their Saddlebred show horse farm in Shelbyville, Tennessee, where they’re currently planning their retirement home.
