At least 30 days prior to commencing a legal action seeking civil penalties, you must provide a notice to Newmar Corporation that includes the following information. You must also own and be in possession of the recreational vehicle at the time that the notice is sent.
The notice must include:
- Your name
- The Vehicle Identification Number of the recreational vehicle that you own
- A brief summary of the repair history and alleged problems with the recreational vehicle
- A demand that Newmar Corporation either repurchase or replace the recreational vehicle
